AGENDA FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE DAR-E-MEHR ZOROASTRIAN TEMPLE OF POMONA, NEW YORK

Notice is hereby posted that the Annual General Meeting of the Dar-e-Mehr Zoroastrian Temple will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. REMOTELY via ZOOM to conduct the following business:


a) Chairperson’s Address to the Congregation.
b) Secretary’s Report for the year 2020-2021.
c) Treasurer’s Report for the year FY 2020.
d) Question and Answer session.
e) Election Commission’s Address (Questions asked for by the Congregation).
f) Introduce the nominees standing for DMZT Board positions.
g) Announcing of election results by the Election Commission.

The DMZT Trustees wish to extend the time for the congregation to April 23, 2021 who may want to bring up any other pertinent business that concerns the congregation of the Dar-e-Mehr’s well-being, are requested to submit them to the DMZT Trustees (trustees@dmzt.com) or to the Election Commissioner Mr. Noshir Dutia (noshd@hotmail.com).

Please send the Voting Ballots <> via Email or via Mail only to Mr. Noshir Dutia. (Mail / Email ballots must be received no later than April 23, 2021 to be considered valid)
